Privacy / consent
Your contact stays in the client desk.
This page explains what the Jay and Sons forms collect and why. It is intentionally plain; final legal review and mailbox details remain founder approvals.
What we collect
The visit, quote, and returning-client forms ask for the contact and job context needed to follow up: name, phone, email, ZIP or address, service details, notes, preferences, and explicit consent. The quote form records photo filenames only; it does not upload photos.
How it is submitted
Forms use a first-party intake for the contact and job details you choose to share. Accepted records include phone, email, consent, a consent timestamp, source, source page, and submitted time, plus the optional context you provide. A successful form message is shown only after the intake confirms the request.
Why we use it
Jay and Sons uses the intake to review a visit or quote request, contact you about that request, and maintain a returning-client relationship when you opt in. We do not publish your information or use it as a public signup count.
Retention and access
Records are retained in the consent CRM intake for operational follow-up and review. Access is limited to the people handling Jay and Sons work and its approved operations. The founder still needs to approve the production retention period, mailbox, and final legal language before launch.
Opt out or ask a question
Reply to the Jay and Sons follow-up you receive and ask to stop contact or have your record reviewed. If no mailbox is configured yet, use the Request a Visit form and write “privacy” in the notes; the same consent rules apply.
