About Jay
Jay has spent years in the garage and on jobs — signals, cameras, cabling, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and the kind of reno and repair work that doesn’t photograph well but has to last. Sons work alongside him. We’re a real crew, not a marketplace listing.
Work spans residential and select commercial, including tall fixtures that need a Genie lift. Foundations and other specialty scopes go through partner GCs when that’s the right call — we won’t fake a trade we don’t own.
